BECOMING A CLIENT
First Step: The first step is to collect all your background information as this will enable us to carry out and complete conflict checks, open your file and prepare your client care documents.
PAY YOUR BILL
We are flexible. You can pay your bill in-house, over the phone or by bank transfer. To pay your bill, just click on the button below and log in to your user account to access your invoice.
ACCESS TO YOUR FILES
At Pure Business Law we understand the need for clients to be regularly updated on their matters. We also believe that clients should be able to access their files whenever they want and wherever they are in the world.
We use an online practice management system that allows us to share files and documents with you confidentially and securely at any time, anywhere.
If you haven't already received an email invitation to create your user account, contact our administrative team at enquiries@purebusinesslaw.co.uk who will provide you with access to your online user account.
HOW IT WORKS
New Client Form: This form allows us to gather all your information, complete all our legal background checks and open your file. It is essential that this form is fully completed so that we can provide you with an accurate fixed fee quote.
Follow Up and Pricing: Once you have completed the form, one of our team members will review the information that you have provided and complete the initial conflicts check. We will then contact you by telephone or email to obtain any additional information we may need. The Solicitor assigned to your matter will then review the paperwork, following which we will finalise costs and pricing options for your selected services.
If you would like to discuss fees prior to completing the New Client Form we are happy to talk. Just get in touch and one of our team members will be happy to discuss this with you.
Client Care Documents and Payment The Client Care Letter must be signed and returned to us by email or by post. Once we have received the signed Client Care Letter and confirmed payment, we will commence work on your matter.
