This is assessed on the complexity of each case. We can agree fixed, capped, staged or hourly rated fees on a case by case basis.
Please also note that we reserve the right to re-evaluate your case and charge an additional fee should your case become more complex or additional matters arise of which we were not made aware at the beginning of your case.
