DEBTS FROM £500 - £2000:

 

STAGE1: 

  • Perusing file, preparing Initial letter of claim and two telephone calls: £75-£120

STAGE 2:

  • Preparing Pre-action Protocol letter: £50

STAGE 3:

  • Preparing Particulars of Claim and issuing court proceedings: £200-£350

  • If Claim is not disputed: Entry of judgment in default: £75

 

If Claim is disputed:

  • Our fIxed fees for preparation of case up to trial: £450-£600

  • Our fixed fees for attendance at the hearing - £450-£950

 

DEBTS FROM £2001 - £5000

 

STAGE 1:

  • Perusing file, preparing Initial letter of claim and two telephone calls: £120-£200

STAGE 2:

  • Preparing Pre-action Protocol letter: £75

STAGE 3:

  • Preparing Particulars of Claim and issuing court proceedings: £225-£375

  • If Claim is not disputed: Entry of judgment in default: £75

 

If Claim is disputed:

  • Our fixed fees for preparation of case up to trial: £600-£1250

  • Our fixed fees for attendance at the hearing: £750-£1200

DEBTS FROM £5001 - £10,000

 

STAGE 1:

  • Perusing file, preparing Initial letter of claim and two telephone calls: £225-£350

STAGE 2:

  • Preparing Pre-action Protocol letter: £100

STAGE 3:

  • Preparing Particulars of Claim and issuing court proceedings: £375-£500

  • If Claim is not disputed: Entry of judgment in default: £75

 

If Claim is disputed:

  • Our fixed fees for preparation of case up to trial: £650-£1300

  • Our fixed fees for attendance at the hearing: £750-£1300

 

Debts from £10,001 - £100,000 

 

This is assessed on the complexity of each case. We can agree fixed, capped, staged or hourly rated fees on a case by case basis.

 

Please also note that we reserve the right to re-evaluate your case and charge an additional fee should your case become more complex or additional matters arise of which we were not made aware at the beginning of your case.
