Our firm operates predominantly on the basis of fixed fees, however we do offer clients the option of hourly rates.

Some of our litigation cases are done on an hourly rate basis as litigation is uncertain and it is difficult to quote a fixed fee for the work to be done or if the client opts for an hourly rate. However we also offer the option of fixed fees on an agreed basis for Employment and other litigation cases where appropriate.
